A scalable engagement campaign that delivered market intelligence and secured appointments resulting in a 0.82% Expense to Revenue ratio in the UK. An empty branded tablet box was sent to targeted Service Providers asking them to complete an online survey, with a view to securing face to face appointments. The missing tablet was shipped to the recipient of the box on completion of the survey and appointment.

Tailored Direct Mail - An HPE and Intel branded tablet box containing a link to the survey was designed to create intrigue and optimise open rates

Survey - The online survey was created to capture market intelligence, contact details and data permissions

Telemarketing & eDM - A personalised eDM was sent to each respondent and telemarketing was used to secure appointments and drive further responses

Appointments - booked and managed by TBT Marketing with the HP Alliance Manager

Tablet - shipped directly to the decision maker of the business on completion of the appointment
